A Question I've had
First I would buy myself some Betsy Johnson, Ed Hardy, or maybe just go on a shopping spree at Forever 21. I would probably spend a couple hundred (or maybe more…) of it on these. Then I would give five hundred (or more, I’m not sure) to each of my parents. I would donate 5 hundred to an animal shelter, or animal rescue or something like that. I would also give some (probably around $500) to St. Jude’s Hospital or another kid’s charity. Wow now that I add it all up I’ve only spent like$ 2,500! I would actually give my parents 1 or 2 thousand each, and give each charity a thousand! Now I’ve spent around $5,000. Then I would probably put a $100,000 in the bank for safe keeping. After that I would spend some more money on shopping and just put the rest in the bank until I want to buy more stuff!

A Story!
I wrote a story and I want to share it with you guys! Enjoy!
The lights were blinding, the crowd cheered, the band was great… BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! I rolled over on my side to my night stand and hit the snooze button. This was the fifth dream I’ve had being on stage. I wish I hadn’t woken up. Ever since I was 2 I took dance classes. I also have been in a couple commercials (ones with really annoying jingles). But that was when I was 4 to 7 years old. I haven’t been in a commercial for like 6 years. Dancing and singing jingles were fun when I was little, but I want to move on to a bigger and better thing; becoming a famous singer.
Hi, I’m Daniella Harrington; a 13 year-old girl from St. Louis Missouri. I live in a navy blue two story house. I have a mom, a dad, an older sister (she is in her first year in college) and twin baby brothers (they are 4). I have green eyes and strawberry blonde hair.
I rolled out of bed. I stretched my legs and arms. I yawned and thought; I hate getting up every single morning. It’s a really good thing that this is the last day of school before summer!
“Daniella! Where are you? You need to get going!” my mom called from the bottom of the staircase.
“OK mom, I’m coming!” I replied from my room.
“Ok hurry up you don’t want to be late for school!” My mom said
How does she know I don’t want to be late for school? Maybe I want to be late! I thought to myself
I got dressed in a cute almost knee length rainbow striped dress; I put a pair of jeans underneath. I threw on my favorite gray sweater.
I look very cute today if I do say so myself! I thought myself.
“Daniella Stacy Harrington! We need to go right now!” my mom was irritated.
“Coming mother!” I called as I ran down the stairs and got in the car.
My mom pulled up to my middle school right on time (of course).
“Bye Mom! See you at 3:30!” I stepped out the car and closed the door.
“I love you!” Mom called to me as was walking away.
“I love you too.” I muttered.
“Dani! How are you?” my best friend, Susan called to me as soon as she saw me.
“Susie! I am Awesome! You?” I replied, I never call her Susan, just like she never calls me Daniella. She will call me Dani or Ella.
“I’m good! Oh I almost forgot to tell you, my mom wanted me to give this to you to give to your mom, it’s a thank you letter from when they went to the spa last week. ” Susie handed her the note. Susie had blonde hair and blue eyes.
“Ok thanks, I will give this to her.” Daniella put the note into her locker. Bring! Bring! Bring!
“That’s the bell; I’d better get to class!” Daniella hugged Susie.
“Ok, Bye, talk to you later!” Susie started to walk to her next class.
At 4:00 my mom pulled up.
“Where have you been?” I tapped my toe like I was mad at her (which I was kind of for picking me up 30 minutes late).
“I was talking to a music agent who is looking for new talent….” My mom explained
“Oh my gosh! Are you kidding me? Was he nice? What was he like? Did you tell him about me? Huh? Huh? Huh? TELL ME!” I was out of breath when I finished.
“No I am not kidding you, yes he was nice, he was a young man who seemed like he would be fun to work with, and of course I told him about you!”My mom answered all my questions in one sentence.
“Yay! I am pumped, when do I get to meet him?” I had a huge grin and I couldn’t help it!
“Today! Let’s go! Get in the car!” She opened the door on my side.
“Well that could have gone better!” I stepped out of the car and slammed the door. It was 5:30.
“I know you are mad but be careful with the car!” My mom said. I opened the door to our house and ran as fast as I could to my room. I slammed my stickered covered door. I grabbed my Hello Kitty Diary, my red pen (I use the red one when I am mad) and wrote;

Dear Diary,
Today was just about the worst day EVER, even though it is supposed to be great on the last day of school! The day started great Susie and I had lunch together, we didn’t get caught passing notes during class etc. The day got bad at 4:15! My mom took me to meet this mean(repeat MEAN) music agent who was “looking for new talent” which hello I AM NEW TALENT. And that MEAN agent wouldn’t know talent if it jumped and danced in front of him! He thought I sang as bad as a cat dying a slow and painful death! EVEN THOUGH I HAVE PREFORMED AND WON SCHOOL TALENT SHOWS FOR MY SINGING! He is just really mean and doesn’t know talent!
Sincerely,
Daniella S. Harrington
That feels much better! Now where is my phone? I want to call Susie! I thought that as I put my diary away. Uh-Ha there it is! I pulled my phone out of my homework desk that I have in my room. I dialed Susie’s number, she answered.
“Hey Susie its Daniella! What are you doing? I said after she said hi.
“Nothing, you?” she replied
“I was wondering if you wanted to hang out.” I inquired
“Totally, hey do you want to have a sleepover?” Susie said with enthusiasm
“Yeah let me go ask my mom hang on” I put my phone down on my desk and went half way down stairs.
“Hey mom can Susie sleep over?”
“I don’t see why not!” My mom said
“Thanks mom!”
“Hey I’m back my mom said yes!” I told Susie
“So did my mom! I’ll my over in 10 minutes, bye!” Susie said
I hung up the phone. I was so excited; I have not had a sleep over in ages! When Susie came over we played music, danced, played truth or dare (we didn’t do very many truths because we already know everything about each other), we prank called our teachers and classmates, we gave each other marker tattoos. Susie and I crashed at 1 a.m. and didn’t wake up until 12 the next morning.
The next day, the first day of summer was better than the day before. Susie went home at 2 and after that my mom had to go to target to get something (I am not quite sure what) when it happened…
We were at Target in the kitchen appliances area; I knew I was going to be bored so I brought my iPod. I was listening to the new Taylor Swift song (Love Story to be exact). I was singing really loud I didn’t notice because I had my ear buds in. All of a sudden some guy had his hand on my shoulder. I screamed so loud!
“What do you want?” I was out of breath.
“I am sorry I didn’t mean to startle you. My name is Todd Johnson.” Todd Johnson put his out.
I shook it slowly and said “The Todd Johnson the music agent?” I was freaking out on the inside.
“Yep, that’s me! I think you have an amazing voice! I would like to make you a famous singer! What do you say?” Todd offered.
“Uh Yeah!” I was jumping up and down with joy!
“Ok! Well how does 2 hours every Saturday in the recording studio so we can record your first CD sound? Oh and you can come to Ms…” He stopped
“Mrs. Harrington” My mom said
“Ah Mrs. Harrington you can come too.” He finished
“Sounds great, we will see you Saturday!” My mom said and shook his hand.

Dear Diary,
Today was just about the best day EVER! I met the one and only Todd Johnson and he offered to make me a famous singer! Next Saturday I am going to the recording studio! I am SOOOOO PUMPED! Todd is so nice, I can’t wait until Saturday!
Sincerely,
Daniella S. Harrington
P.S. Todd found me at Target!
Today is Saturday. We pulled up to a building there was a sign that read Johnson recording company.
“Wow it’s so professional!” I looked wide-eyed at the building. We walked through clear automatic doors Todd was standing there waiting to greet us. When we walked into the studio and there was a guy who introduced himself as Jim Tree-Ford. Jim Tree-Ford was going to talk to me about what I wanted my songs to sound like. I told him I wanted pop sounds he had a couple written and we recorded them that day!
My first CD came out on July 8th. It was a very successful CD two of the songs, We Were Meant To Be and Dance, made it to the top 10! It was weird to hear my songs on the radio but it was really cool too! I now have many fans including Susie. She is very supportive and I haven’t forgotten her. You know why I haven’t forgotten her; she is one of my back ground singers! Actually she is my only one!
I have not had a sixth dream about being a singer because now I am living them. It’s like I never woke up.

Interact Club
The club is all about helping people and interacting with other kids/people.
lps the people of Kenya Africa, who have to walk over 72 miles to get water. Can you believe that? We only have to walk into out kitchens to get crystal clean water. Their water is filthy, muddy, and carries diseases. Our goal is to raise $10,000.00. It costs $7,000.00 to build a well, so they can have pure water. Another thing to think about is that we have water parks and sea world. How can we have so much water when they don’t? How can we waste so much water when they cannot waste a single drop of their water? These are just a couple things to think about the next you take a 20 minute shower, keep the water running while you brush your teeth, or waste any water...My OTHER Pets!
Three of my five guinea pigs were my friend’s guinea pig’s babies. They were named Marshmallow, S’mores, and Poppy Seed. Marshmallow was all white and had curly hair. S’mores had orange and white curly hair. Poppy Seed was our one and only smooth haired guinea pig. Poppy Seed had a black head and a white body. My other two guinea pigs we got from the pet store. Their names were Cupcake and Mushroom. Cupcake is all white and curly, just like Marshmallow. Mushroom had two different color browns on her head and a white body.
I have had three hamsters. Two were teddy bear hamsters and one was Russian Dwarf Hamster. The two teddy bear hamsters were named Fluffy and Cuddles. Fluffy was this kind of orange and yellow color and white. Cuddles was gray and white. Our last hamster was Wally the Russian Dwarf Hamster. She was very small, almost half the size of the teddy bear hamsters. My sister and my mom rescued Wally from the pet store her and her 9 other siblings were taken there and sold for snake food. My mom and my sister saved her life.
I still have my two rats, Lindsey Lu and Maggie Mae. Lindsey is brown and white. Maggie is black and white. I have had them for almost two years. I got them for my 12th birthday present. They are a lot of fun to play with. They like to sit on my shoulder and on the back of my neck.
I love having little hamsters or guinea pigs or rats. I hope you liked to learn about my furry little animals.

School!
Greetings blog readers! This time I would like to tell you a little bit more about my school and why I enjoy going to school every day.
Walden Community School was started in 2002 by my mother. I was in first grade when it was started and has been there ever since. The school started off with only two students, me and my sister, Katie. Walden has gone through many changes. We had two students, then four, then ten, then four again, and now we are back to ten! What I love about it is that I have so many friends. I don’t have as many as someone that was in a public or private school, but we are all pretty close. I try hang out with everyone, even the people that are six years younger than me. Walden believes in hands on learning and child center learning. Most public school kids have about 8 different classrooms and eight different teachers. I on the other hand have two teachers, and only one classroom. For our core curriculum we use a virtual school. I really like using virtual school. My favorite part of doing school work on the computer is that I can take tests on Saturdays. Most people would probably say, “Why would you want to take a test on a Saturday?” I that’s what I like about it, I can work when I want, not what my classmates and teachers want. I just like to wake up on a Saturday and take a test. I love waking up and going to school. I don’t really know why I just really like to go to school.
Now you know more about my school and why I enjoy going to school every day.
